We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our flexible return policy allows you to evaluate your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date, giving you enough time to decide if you want to return or exchange the vehicle.

Easy Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day from receiving your vehicle. The delivery date is considered as Day 0.

Return Eligibility Criteria

We cannot accept returns for vehicles that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way. Additionally, vehicles used as loan collateral (encumbered items) are not eligible for return.
